About HowZombiesWork
For the Curious
HowZombiesWork begins with zombies because zombies are easier to look at than ourselves. The site is a cinematic field guide, a joke with teeth, and a mirror that waits until the reader is ready.
The goal is not to accuse people of being zombies. The goal is to show how behavior can outrun self-witnessing, then restore dignity where shame would only harden the infection.
The Mirror Layer and the Practice Layer
HZW is the public curiosity and mirror layer. It helps a visitor notice the trained, expected, imposed cycle: trigger, reaction, identity, repetition, herd, loss of consent.
Only if visitors choose to see do they gain the choice to enter a new paradigm: a deliberate cycle instead of the imposed one. That deeper practice protocol is the Self Stack.
HZW shows the outbreak. The Self Stack teaches the deliberate return.
Come Back When You Are Ready
Seeing is not an obligation. It is a choice-point. You can laugh at the zombies, recognize the room, notice the mirror, and stop there.
Or, when the mirror catches, you can begin the deliberate cycle: accept, rest, witness, regulate, maintain, mobius, program.
